I’ve been focused on helping homebuyers purchase their dream homes since 2016. My career began in the banking/finance world, so I was already familiar with the mortgage industry. When I bought my first home, my loan officer really opened my eyes to how much satisfaction can be had by helping others reach their goals of homeownership. That loan officer became a great mentor and helped me grow my career.

My Experience

As far as the loan process goes, I do my best to educate every homebuyer from day one. My ultimate goal is to help families purchase a home that will help them grow financially. With every client, I establish open lines of communication 24/7, which allows them to contact me whenever they need to. I understand that for most, buying a home can be intimidating. Making myself available allows clients to ask questions when they think of them.

Communication is key to everything. I view all my relationships like an ‘emotional bank account’ by making a large deposit from the moment of contact. I work to establish trust by presenting facts and educating clients, even if it’s not their first home purchase. My goal is for clients to walk away from our conversation with a complete understanding of the ins and outs of the process.

As you can probably guess, educating borrowers, for me, is a fun part of the process. I also do my best to make to every closing because that’s the day it really hits home. It’s rewarding to see the smile on my client’s face when they sign the final document and receive the keys to their new home.
